For a fountain project overseas, the important question is often what happens when the equipment reaches the site. In Cagliari, Italy, Sews Fountain answered that question in person: our engineer traveled to the project to help with installation and commissioning of a dry deck fountain.
The photographs in this update show the working environment as it was. One view captures the patterned fountain surface before the jets were running. Others show our engineer at a laptop beside the site, tools and hoses nearby, and people working around the installed fountain area. This is a record of a real site visit rather than a studio demonstration.
On-site work involves looking at the equipment in its actual setting and checking the water display as it develops. The engineer worked with the local team through the installation and testing stage. The control cabinet clip on this page offers one close view of the equipment. Other updates in this series show the fountain running in daylight and after dark. The on-site installation and commissioning support was completed successfully.
The photos do not tell us every technical specification, and no two sites are identical. They do show the practical work behind this Cagliari project: Sews Fountain sent an engineer to Italy, stayed involved at the installation stage and documented the running result.
